可是有一回在饭店里吃饭吃到了豆角干( i6 G9 ~- G0 `8 f* k
然后就怎么都忘不了那个味道了,特别香
) U2 o2 {1 F, E& H而且口感还那么地柔韧,十分好吃2 y8 e& B" a) c7 c2 ^8 }: u
所以最后实在馋得不行,自己跑去菜市场买了豆角回来8 H" u J: V. T, l! r) C- Y
先不怕麻烦地花费几天功夫晒成菜干6 c' c, O5 M7 g; `
然后再泡发,和排骨一起炖来吃

材料:菜干,排骨,葱姜蒜等,干辣椒等

1. 新鲜豆角摘去两头和老筋
